The master bedroom has a headboard feature wall, and the walk-in closet has access to the main floor laundry room as well. The back porch has an ez breeze screen system and a linear fireplace. The lower-level features 3 bedrooms, a workout room, built in full featured bar with appliances and wine fridge and a bathroom that’s accessible to the pool. The back yard features a 16x32 in ground pool with a 16x6 swim step sun shelf. The exterior is a mixture of vertical board and batton, 6" siding and Trex horizontal cladding accented by Barron designs dry stacked stone.
