OPEN ONLY OCT. 14-15. The home was originally built by Sattler Homes in the early 1990s. Knowing and trusting the Sattler team, the homeowners decided it was time to take their home to the next level by updating their partially finished lower level. Sattler Homes added a custom bar that features quartz countertops, dark maple cabinets, subway tile and ceramic tile flooring. The rest of the lower level was transformed into an exercise room and office. The exercise room is large enough to accommodate a variety of machines with a rubber floor to keep the sound down. A full bathroom has a tile shower. Sometimes a remodel project requires innovative thinking. In this case, the water line and meter came into the home right where the bar was to be located. The Sattler team was able to condense the plumbing and design the cabinetry around the plumbing. In the same way, the space where the new bathroom and a hallway to the exercise room/office were to be located was challenging because of the placement of the furnace and trunk lines. The Sattler team again solved this problem with ease. Come see how an amazing lower level can take a home from good to great!
