While downsizing, the new homeowners found this perfect condo in need of a facelift. By removing walls in the kitchen and adding two skylights, a dark and enclosed space became an open concept. Additionally, an expansive island with a dazzling countertop was installed creating a plethora of storage and drawers. Cabinets along the perimeter walls of the kitchen and a pantry provide even more storage. To finish the space, an induction cooktop with a dramatic wood hood, large white subway tile with glass accent tiles and LVT flooring throughout was incorporated.
The master bathroom and another bathroom received new cabinets, flooring, plumbing fixtures and Bath Planet wall systems. A Dimplex electric fireplace with custom built-in audio and tile gives the upstairs living room the needed accent piece. The basement also received a bathroom remodel of the same caliber. Finally, what was once a wood-burning fireplace was removed for an updated gas equivalent, finished with large vertical tiles. The bar now features cabinetry topped with a dramatic Bentley countertop. In total, Home Town Restyling ended up working on every room.
