THIS HOUSE WILL NOT BE OPEN TO TOUR.
This two-story home was made by utilizing four repurposed 45-foot-long shipping containers on a full basement with 9-foot walls and a panic room. The main living, kitchen and bedroom areas will be within the shipping containers while the attached garage, stair tower and bathrooms will be built using conventional stick-built construction methods. Check out the full-size, attached 2-stall garage. The house includes a unique solarium stair tower and, not one, but two balconies. There also will be a rear patio for entertaining with access off the kitchen. The unfinished basement is equipped with egress windows for light and a future build-out of up to two bedrooms, a bathroom and family room.
